Ava Dabbaghi is originally from Iran. Her career spans diverse fields, including professional athletics and social responsibility management, with a focus on leadership development and empowerment.

Ava has extensive experience in the NGO sector, where she worked as an activist for gender equality and as a project manager, leading initiatives focused on social impact. Her work has always been centered on fostering inclusive growth and building resilient communities.

Ava holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian Translation and Literature, as well as an MBA from Berlin International University.
